FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER (Maldon Area)
Position: Field Service Engineer (Fitness Equipment)
Location: Positions based out of our Maldon hub

ROLE:
Due to rapid growth experienced in the last 2 years, we are looking to increase our direct field repair and servicing team and so are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers with the drive and enthusiasm required to develop their future career. Based out of a regional service centre, your role will be to service and repair both Commercial and Home Fitness Products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carrying out repairs and equipment servicing to our commercial and retail products within the response times in accordance with After Sales Time to Service Levels.
- Utilising effective time management skills to balance priority to Key Accounts and Service contract customers, whilst maintaining the most economical route.
- Responsible for the resources, tools, parts and skills to effectively complete the necessary task and repairs set.
- Reporting all unresolved or First Time Faults experienced to the Senior Service Engineer, by use of the Product Improvement Form.
- Responsible for accurately closing down jobs and cases, providing repair data, serial numbers and parts used in a timely manner.
- Responsible for maintaining your company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, tidy and roadworthy at all times.
- Responsible for maintaining and replenishing van stock comprising of high usage fast moving parts.
- Proactively promoting the benefits of After Sales Service Contracts relating to Commercial and Retail customers.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as deemed necessary, to increase the effectiveness of the After Sales Service Dept.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience of working in a repair or service engineer role or similar with a background in electrical and/or mechanical repair work is ideal.
- Experience of repairing and/or servicing fitness equipment, in particular knowledge of Matrix, Horizon Fitness, Livestrong and Vision Fitness equipment would be a bonus.
- Good communication skills are essential in this customer facing role, as is experience of dealing with customers in a pressurised environment.
- Must be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Must be PC literate
- A full UK driver`s license.

CAD OPERATOR
Position: CAD Operator
Location: Trentham, Stoke on Trent Head Office
ROLE:
Due to the increased workload for this department, this role, based in Trentham, will be largely focussed on the preparation of 2D CAD plans for commercial gym installations as well as maintaining and issuing the CAD tracker. The ideal candidate will have space planning experience using Autocad or similar and will have good time management skills.

MARKETING MANAGER
Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Trentham, Stoke on Trent Office

ROLE:
Responsible for planning and implementing UK marketing strategies, whilst maintaining consistency with global guidelines. Lead the UK marketing efforts to meet agreed company objectives, and control UK marketing, advertising and promotional activity within an agreed annual budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation of the global and central marketing strategies for the UK market, including specific strategies for the Retail and Commercial division products and services to the right markets.
- Lead and manage the UK marketing personnel and related resources to ensure all marketing and PR deliverables are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan in conjunction with the Managing Director, Sales Director and Product Director.
- Plan and manage all marketing events and trade shows. Co-ordinate all event and other sponsorships to ensure high visibility of the company brands.
- Develop and prepare the annual advertising plan including networking with magazine editors, manage advertorials and deliver content in a timely manner to ensure a high level of JHT brand awareness in the market place.
- Manage all aspects of sales collateral and print production including corporate stationery and company brochures.
- Working with the sales teams, develop specific customer marketing support packages and tools to meet identified needs.
- Liaise with the Product Director to co-ordinate specific product launches and promotions.
- Develop promotions and direct mail, newsletters and other monthly lead generating activity.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Marketing Executive.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or sport science related discipline.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Previous marketing experience essential, ideally within the health and fitness industry. Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
- To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and external suppliers.
- To be able to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
